Dead People Talking is a podcast platform built for the age of artificial intelligence. The characters that appear in our various shows are deceased icons from history who express opinions on the past, present and the future. We invite you to join us for commentary, criticism, satire and debate that spans a range of topics, including global politics, food, fashion, movies, music, literature, sport, sex and romance, innovation, self-improvement, health and the environment.

Like all content producers, we have a core set of values that are sometimes reflected in our shows. We are pro-democracy, pro free speech, pro civil rights, pro science, and pro-environment. We are opposed to violence and hatred. We believe that art and respectful dialogue matter, because no one has a monopoly on the truth and we can all benefit from listening to different perspectives.

We leverage AI software to animate our podcast characters.

Humans have a long track-record of depicting historical icons in statues, paintings, songs, poems, plays, journalism, books, radio broadcasts, television shows, films, comedy sketches and social media memes. We think that using AI software to create avatars of historical icons is a logical extension of this phenomenon.

We do not use avatars of historical icons to deceive the public. Our podcast characters exist to present ideas to the public and to encourage thoughtful debate across a range of issues that matter to people.

Dead People Talking is an American company, and our content is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Our shows and the characters depicted therein are developed with extensive human involvement, and they represent the expression of human speech.
